Refund policy

All pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact me at jordan@cosmicoutlawstudio.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on availability.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
